Hhandhfi provides commercial invoice verification, cargo valuation auditing, and supply chain compliance monitoring services. These tools are designed to assist importers and trade auditors in meeting Canadian import regulations, including CBSA requirements. The platform does not replace professional legal or customs advice. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform aligns with their specific regulatory obligations.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using the platform. You must not use the services for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that violates Canadian trade laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
Hhandhfi does not guarantee that use of the platform will result in full compliance with all applicable regulations. The platform provides audit trails and risk assessments, but final compliance decisions rest with the user. Hhandhfi is not liable for any losses, penalties, or damages arising from reliance on the platform’s outputs, including but not limited to customs holds, fines, or shipment delays.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you breach these terms, provide false information, or engage in activities that disrupt the service. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You remain responsible for any obligations incurred before termination.
Hhandhfi may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform.
